Chên King

Je suis originaire de France et j’ai grandi à Paris, je vis actuellement à Montpellier. J’ai obtenu mon baccalauréat en 2014.

J’ai ensuite complété une licence LLCER (Licence en langue et civilisation étrangère régionale) en langue japonaise en 2018, à l’INALCO à Paris. 

Après cela, j’ai fait une année de césure pour voyager dans différents pays d’Europe et faire du volontariat dans des familles.

En Mai 2019, j’ai voyagé au Danemark pour participer en tant qu’artiste vendeur à la convention de pop culture J-Pop Con, à Copenhague.

En Septembre 2019, j’ai repris les études à Montpellier à l’IPESAA et obtenu son diplôme d’Illustration et Concept art en 2022 et ai reçu le prix de major de promo.

Je maitrise aussi bien les techniques digitales (suite Adobe, Clip Studio Paint, Blender…) que traditionnelles (Rotring, marker à alcool, gouache…)

I’m French and grew up in Paris, I’m currently living in Montpellier, South of France. I graduated highschool in 2014.

Then, I got a bachelor’s degree in japanese language and civilisation studies in 2018, at INALCO in Paris.

After that, I took a gap year to travel across northern Europe and do volunteer work within farms and families.

In May 2019, I went to Denmark to be a tabled artist at J-pop Con, in Copenhagen.

In September 2019, I picked up studies in Montpellier at IPESAA and graduated with honors their Illustration and Concept Art in 2022.

I juggle digital (Adobe suite, Clip Studio Paint, Blender…) with traditionnal medias without issue (fineliners, markers, gouache…).
